Avocado Banana Facial Mask Nourishing and moisturizing facial mask for dry skin
* 1/2 overripe banana, mashed
* 1/2 overripe avocado, mashed
* 2 tbsp plain yogurt (not non-fat)
* 1 tsp olive oil
Directions: Combine ingredients and mix well. Apply to clean face and neck. Leave on for 20 to 30 min. Rinse with plenty of warm water.
Cucumber Parsley Facial Mask Homemade Spa recipe for a creamy facial mask that leaves your skin soft and refreshed.
* 1 Tbsp. plain yogurt
* 1 Tbsp. cucumber
* 1 Tbsp. parsley

Directions: Puree the cucumber and parsley finely and mix with the yogurt until smooth. Clean your face with a gentle Cleanser. Cover your face with this creamy mask. This will rejuvenate your skin as it moistens. Leave the mask on for approximately 15-20 minutes for best results. Rinse with water. Follow with your favourite moisturizer.
Hand Spa and Care Treatment Homemade Spa Recipe for a gentle hand scrub made from oatmeal, lemon juice and olive oil that leaves your hands nourished and soft.
* 2 tbsp oatmeal
* 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp olive oil
Bowl of Oatmeal
Directions: Add the oatmeal to 1/4 cup water and let stand 10 minutes until oatmeal is softened. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon olive oil to oatmeal and mix well. Rub mixture into your hands and let stand 1-2 minutes. Rinse with cool water and pat dry. Apply moisturizer to your hands and let it soak in 10-15 minutes.
Honey Lemon Sugar Scrub Homemade Spa recipe for a honey and lemon sugar scrub that gently exfoliates your skin.
* 1/2 cups sugar
* 1/2 cup sweet almond oil
* 4 teaspoons lemon juice
* 4 tablespoons honey
* 4 drops lemon essential oil
Directions: To make the sugar scrub, combine the sugar and sweet almond oil in a large bowl and stir well to combine. Add the lemon juice and stir again. Finally, add the honey and lemon essential oil and stir again to mix.
Invigorating Milk Foot Soak and Sugar Scrub Treat your feet to a soak in this milk and water mixture and follow it with the sugar scrub for incredibly soft feet.
* 7 cups of water
* 2 cups of milk or powdered milk
* 1/2 cup of sugar white or brown
* 2 tablespoons of olive or grape seed oil
Directions: Mix the water and milk and heat on stovetop or in the microwave. You want the mixture to be as hot as your feet can take. Mix the sugar and oil in a separate bowl. Put the milk mixture in large bowl and soak your feet in it for at least 10 minutes. Massage the sugar and oil mixture in your feet to exfoliate. Rinse with clear water and pat dry. Apply some additional lotion to your soft feet.
